No Charge, No Refund Needed: The Starter Plan is a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Since there is no payment, no refund applies.

  • No automatic conversion to paid plan

3. Expert Plan Refund Policy

3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only)

For your first subscription to the Expert Plan, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial payment.

3.2 No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Partial month refunds
  • Unused time on your subscription
  • Renewal payments (monthly recurring charges)

3.3 Renewals and Recurring Payments

Renewal payments are non-refundable. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first initial subscription payment, not to subsequent renewals.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Expert Plan subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your Orvex IntelliSense account
  2. Go to Account Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Option 2: Contact Support

Email us at support@orvex.pro with your account email and request to cancel.

What Happens After Cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have full access until your paid period expires
  • No further charges will be made
  • You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your billing cycle

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund within the 7-day money-back guarantee period:

  1. Email support@orvex.pro
  2. Include your account email address
  3. State "Refund Request" in the subject line
  4. Briefly explain your reason (optional but helpful)
  5. We will process eligible requests within 2-3 business days

Refunds are issued via Paddle to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside the 7-day window in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Technical Issues: Prolonged service outages or platform unavailability on our end
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
  • Unauthorized Charges: Fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.

8. Payment Processing by Paddle
